This program is designed for beginner to advanced trainees who are looking to maximize their glute muscle mass & strength.
This is a three phase program that uses auto-regulation to monitor your progress and recovery to maximize hypertrophy and strength adaptations.
This program can take anywhere from 12-24 weeks depending on your individual progress.
